Barry, Tammy, Cathy, Brian and family, we are so sorry for your loss. Ken and Ethel were a big part of my life growing up. He drove Barry and I everywhere for hockey practice and games. They welcomed me in their home with open arms. Ken had a wonderful sense of humour and hearty laugh. He always made everyone around him feel at ease instantly with a smile and joke. Sherry and I played golf with Ken many times at Granite Springs. He loved the game, but more importantly the genuine camaraderie with friends. Memories of Ken will always be cherished and remain in our hearts forever. Love, Sherry and Mike

So sorry to hear about Ken. I work at the ScotiaBank Centre, and I always had lovely chats with him during the Mooseheads games. Such an interesting person--kind and warm. He also spoke very highly of his family. Truly one of the good guys. Wanted to let you know that I was with Ken at the hockey game and walked out with him to the ambulance. He was not alone. I will miss him.
