We wish to pass on our condolences on Chal's passing. He and Ioan were great friends and neighbours while living in Stewiacke, and we mention them often. Chal lived a good, long life, and you have the many memories to cherish.

Hello to the family. Please accept my sincere sympathy. I am sad to read today of Chal's death. It was 1956 when I first met Chal and we stayed in touch, both Chal and Ione, all these years. There were many card games together, and in 1958, or so, there was A road trip to Boston, spending the over nights in A tent, roughing it and having lots of fun. May he rest in peace and rise in glory. Ruth (McNally) Hamlin.
