Obituary of Frances Marcotte

MARCOTTE, Frances Mary … 80, Halifax, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at the QEII. Born in Terence Bay, she was a daughter of the late Sarah (Casey) Horton. She will be lovingly remembered and never forgotten by daughter, Barb (John); sons, Roger and Harry (Susan); grandchildren, Candace (Troy), Tony and Jonathan; great-grandchildren, Jordan, Christopher, Logan and Michael; brothers, Harry and Willie; sister, Shirley; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Roger. Cremation has taken place under the care of J. A. Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Spryfield (477-5601). By request there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations can be made to the Christmas Daddies Fund.
