VERGE, Mary :84, Halifax, passed away November 13, 2009 in the New Halifax Infirmary, QEII. Born in Malay Falls, NS, she was a daughter of the late David and Maria (Malay) Burgoyne. Mary was survived by sons: Lewis “Allan” (Bev), Rawdon; Leon Norman (Sue), Grand Lake, NS; daughters, Diana Snyder (Tony), Halifax; Mary Currie (Bernie), Mt. Uniacke; Katherine MacEachern (Elmer), Beaverbank; 13 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husband, Lewis Leon Verge; daughters, Sandra, Laura; brothers; Parker, Harry, and Charles; sisters, Doris and Laura. Private family service only.
