Obituary of Bob Brush

BRUSH, Charles Robert "Bob" - 65, Halifax, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2009, at home. He is survived by his parents, Gordon and Eleanor (Warner) Brush, Yarmouth; sisters, Carolyn Boudreau and Ruth (Mike) Hubbard, both of Yarmouth; long-time friends, Olive "Dolly" Lucas and Bonnie Collier, Halifax; several nieces and nephews. Arrangements under the direction of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Spryfield (477-5601). By request there will be no visitation. A service of remembrance will be held on Saturday, March 21 at 2 p.m. from the Royal Canadian Legion, White Ensign, Branch 129. A memorial service will also be held in Yarmouth at a later date. Donations in Bob's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scota or The Lung Association.
