Obituary of Ronald Jennings

JENNINGS, Ronald - 69, Halifax, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 3, 2009. Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late Dennis and Mildred (MacIntosh) Jennings. Ronald was a retired employee of the Halifax Herald. He will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his wife, Donna; daughters, Linda (Mark) Cassibo and DeeDee (Andrew) Dempsey; son, Ronald Jr. (Cindy); grandchildren, Jason, Ashley, Kyle, Michelle, R.J. and David; great-grandchild, Austin; brothers, Chuck, Richard and Murray; sisters, Mona and Doris. He was predeceased by brothers, Doug and Buddy; sisters, Lorraine, Mildred, Irene and Audrey. Arrangements are under the direction of J.A. Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Rd., Halifax (477-5601), where a private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ronald's memory may be made to the Humane Society of Nova Scotia.
