Obituary of Donna Lavallee

LAVALLEE, Donna A.- 72, passed away on October 16, 2008. Born in Middleton, Annapolis Co., on September 1, 1936, she was the daughter of the late John and Helen (Welch) Best. She is survived by her son, Gary, Halifax; daughters, Joanne Fenerty (Mike), Lower Sackville; Kristine, Montreal; two grandchildren, Danny, Lower Sackville; and Dianna, Montreal; sister, Betty Muise, Nictaux Falls; half-sister, Florence, Annapolis Co.; and half-brother, Donald, Ontario. Donna was predeceased by her husband, Gilles, sisters, Jean, Halifax; and Greta, B.C.; Carol Ann, Dartmouth; brother, Charles, Annapolis Co.; half-brother, Emery, Round Hill; and half-sisters, Rhoda and Winnifred Peck, Annapolis Co. At Donna's request, cremation has taken place under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Spryfield, NS (477.5601), where the memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at 2 p.m. from the funeral home chapel, with Rev.
