Obituary of James "Jim" Duthie

DUTHIE, James Roy “Jim”: 68, Halifax, passed away on July 1, 2008 at the QEII, VG Site, Halifax, NS. Born in Cascapedia, Quebec, Jim was a son of the late George and Frances (Roy) Duthie. Throughout his life, Jim was a detailed and talented artist. Jim is survived by his loving wife, Laurie (Wright), his three sons, Jason (Tanya), Halifax, Fraser (Cathy), Oromocto, and Joshua (Allison), Halifax, his brother, Michael (Theresa), Cascapedia, Quebec, sisters, Ann Willett (Kenny), Cascapedia, and Pat Duthie, New Richmond, Quebec, as well as a granddaughter, Kelsey. He was predeceased by his parents. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Spryfield, NS (477.5601), where a memorial service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, July 7, 2008 at 11 AM with Rev.
