Obituary of Jack Bernard Briand

BRIAND, Jack Bernard - 70, Halifax, passed away January 25, 2008 at the VG Site, QEII. Born in Halifax, Jack was the son of the late George Briand. He worked on the Gypsum and Imperial Oil Boats for many years. He loved to play his guitar. He is survived and loved by his wife, Juanita (Nee Ross) Ritchie and her family; mother, Kathleen Briand; son, Peter Briand and family; sisters, Alice and Nancy and family; brother, Roy and family. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Spryfield (477-5601).
