Obituary of Katherine Oliver

OLIVER, Katherine Dorisse … 41, of Dartmouth has moved on to be with her Heavenly Father on her 41st birthday, January 18, 2008 at QEII Victoria General Site. She is survived by her mother and stepfather Linda and Hugh Sutherland, Spryfield; father Victor Loppie Dartmouth; sons Darnell, Devon, and Darian, at home; brothers Montwaine and Jermaine, Ottawa; James, Spryfield; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was predeceased by sister Margo in infancy; maternal grandparents, Vernon and Elizabeth Oliver; and paternal grand parents George and Leena Loppie. Special thanks to Sally Jean-Louis (Jackson) and Charles Beals for their kindness and support, VON, Homecare Services and Palliative Care. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Rd, Spryfield (477-5601). Visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Monday January 21. The funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 23, at the funeral home chapel with Rev. Patricia Malin officiating. Reception to follow at the Earl Francis Memorial Legion, Spryfield.
