Obituary of Phyllis Patricia Belliveau

Belliveau, Phyllis Patricia “Pat”:  73, Windsor, formerly of Lakeside.  It is with great sadness that the family of Phyllis “Pat” Belliveau announce her passing on December 19, 2017 at Dykeland Lodge, Windsor, NS, following a long battle with COPD.  She was a daughter of the late Emery and Phyllis Taylor. 

For many years, Pat worked at Victoria Hall and she enjoyed the people under her care.  It is fitting that in her time of need, the staff of Dykeland Lodge extended the same care to her. 

Pat is survived by sons, James Belliveau (Tammy) and Barry Belliveau (Barb), daughter, Juanita Morriaty (Wade), her grandchildren, Justin, Dominic, Andrew, and Desriee, Kennedy, Benjamin, Jeremy, Anthony, Meagan, Colin, and Charlotte, her great-grandchildren, Georgie Mae, Dyson, and Dawson. her sister, Thelma Nickerson (Robert O’Brien), brothers, Barney Taylor (Lisa), Stephen Taylor (Ellen), Glen Taylor (Glenda), and her step-children, Philip Theriault (Ondra), Craig Theriault (Marie), Mark Theriault (Heather), Janice Hedington (Steve).  She was predeceased by her parents, and her partner of over 20 years, Phillip “Harry” Theriault, and a brother, Darrell Taylor. 

Once again, the family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at Dykeland Lodge for their care and support at this difficult time.  

Cremation has taken place under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Halifax, NS.  There will be no visitation or service until a later date as per Pat’s request.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lung Associations of Nova Scotia and Canada.
