Obituary of Daisy Louise Dunbar

"Those we have held in our arms for a short while we hold in our hearts forever." 

DUNBAR, Daisy Louise- Our Little Angel, Daisy Louise Dunbar passed away peacefully on April 10, 2024. Daisy is the cherished daughter of Marilou Simons and Dylan Dunbar of Williamswood, NS.

Daisy was born in Halifax on February 25, 2024, at the IWK Health Centre. During her short life here on Earth, she brought us an abundance of joy, touched many lives, and was deeply loved by all who knew her. Her life was a brief gift and a bright light to all of us; she will live on in our hearts and memories forever. 

Daisy will always be loved, and remembered by her Mommy and Daddy; grandparents; aunts; uncles; cousins, and many family friends.  As the first Great-grandchild, Daisy holds a special place in the heart of her Great-Grandmother, Margaret Dunbar, from Carman, Manitoba.

Dylan and Marilou would like to invite you to join them for a Celebration of Daisy's Life to be held at J. Albert Walker Funeral Home, 149 Herring Cove Road, Halifax on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, from 1-3 pm where refreshments will be provided. In keeping with the families wishes there will be no burial.

In lieu of flowers, Dylan, and Marilou request that donations be made to the IWK in Daisy's beautiful honor.
