Obituary of Ann Mary Meade

MEADE, Annie Mary- of Halifax, it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Annie Meade on November 7, 2022.  Born in Belloram, NLFD she was a daughter of the later Cyril and Maggie (Poole) Savoury.  She was a stay-at-home mom and enjoyed the company of her pets (dogs and cats). She is survived by her children Brad Blackburn and Denise Blackburn; sisters, Meata Martin, Carrie Lockyer (Cecil), Merina Lawrence (Curtis), Emma Morgan (Rick); best friend, Dennis Cleveland.  She is predeceased by her three brothers Conrad Savoury, Murdock Savoury and Allan Savoury. Arrangements have been entrusted to J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Halifax, NS.  In keeping with Annie's wishes there will be a visitation Thursday November 10, 2022 from 2-4 p.m.  A funeral service will take place at the funeral home Saturday November 12, 2022 at 10 a.m.  To place online condolences please visit www.walkerfh.com
