Obituary of Karen Maureen Russell

RUSSELL, Karen Maureen-Age 75 of Merigomish, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at her side October 22, 2022.  Born in New Glasgow, she was a daughter of the late Merl Vivan and Lily Ann (Smith) O’Hara. Family was the most important thing to Karen, when she was surrounded by loved ones, she always had a smile on her face. She enjoyed cribbage, playing pool, washer toss, reading and music.  She was the most loving and caring partner, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be deeply missed by her life partner; daughters, grandchildren, great grandchild and her fur baby. Arrangements and cremation have been entrusted to J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Halifax, NS.
