Obituary of Gloria Geraldine Gardiner

GARDINER, Gloria Geraldine- Age 88 of Halifax it is with great sadness to announce the passing of Gloria on June 18, 2022.  Gloria was a daughter of the Noel and Margaret (McCormick) Gardiner.  Gloria had a passion for playing bingo, 7 card rummy and old movies.  She also loved watching Coronation Street. She is survived by her many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her sister, Lillian Gardiner;brothers, Harold, Edward and Leo Gardiner.  Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home, 149 Herring Cove Road, Halifax, NS.  In keeping with Glorias wishes there will be a visitation held Monday June 27, 2022 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.  A funeral mass will be held on June 28, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at Stella Maris Parish, 6 St Michaels Ave, Halifax, NS B3P 1M5 with a reception to follow.  An interment will occur at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made out to St. Vincent’s Nursing Home.  To place on line condolences please visit www.walkerfh.com
