Obituary of Deborah Gero (Boudreau)

Gero (Farmer) (Boudreau), Deborah Anne: 53, Halifax, with heavy hearts we say good-bye to our beloved angel, Debbie, who passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at home. Born in Halifax, she is the daughter of Alexander "Snider" Boudreau and the late June (McPhee) Boudreau. Affectionately known as Debbie, she will fondly be remembered for her kindness and was loved by all who knew her, especially for her jolly nature. Debbie was a caring, loving person who would do anything she could to help someone in need. When she was around it, was always a good time with a lot of laughs. She is survived by her loving husband, Sherman, her father, Snider, her children, Carleen, Brandon (Brittany), and Wanda (Wyatt), her stepsons, Peter and Sherman Jr., brother, Roddy, sisters, Kathy and Carolyn, her grandchildren, Kyleisha, Shaylynn, Christopher, Christina, Dreyden, and Octavia as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and numerous friends. She was predeceased by her mother, June in 2008. She was so much to so many people and will be in all of our hearts forever. We love you mom. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Halifax,(902.477.5601), where visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 1 PM from the funeral home chapel. Following the service, a celebration of Debbie’s life will be held at the Spryfield Legion from 2-5 PM. Donations in memory may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
