I’m so sorry to just have learned of Grace’s passing.
I enjoyed many cups of tea at her kitchen table when I was young. Always loved her laugh & sense of humour.
Thinking of you all,
Cousin Pattianne xoxo

My deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of Donna. Although, I don't remember Donna very well, I have heard Grace speak fondly of you all many times. She was very excited about the trip on the airplane when she went to visit your family and see her grandchildren. She told me all about it when she came back home and described your beautiful home in detail to me. She enjoyed her stay with you immensely. She was a wonderful, loving person and I was fortunate to have known her for most of my life. Another Angel in Heaven. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this difficult time.

Dear John, Cathy, Gerry, Tom and all your family and loved ones,
I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Grace. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. I've known Grace since I was a very young girl as I grew up in the same neighborhood. She always welcomed me into her home. Only once did Wayne and I get caught by John playing with his record player. Wayne and I used to play all these Dorky little songs on John's record player and Wayne used to sing those Dorky little songs all the time and I laughed. Wayne had such an awesome sense of humour just like his dear Mother.
I used to go to bingo with Grace and Cora in the 70's and we certainly had a lot of laughs together. I also had Christmas dinner at her home with John for a number of years. She certainly was a wonderful cook and always happy and laughing. Cleaning up all those dishes after was a chore but it made us even closer. We always sat down after and enjoyed a cup of tea or two together and had such wonderful conversations.
I also knew Gerry very well. One one occassion, when I was at a party at Jerry's I said "I don't have to remember too many names here because almost everyone's name here is John or Karen". We all laughed. I also remember saying to Gerry one time. "Why didn't you shave Little John's head the first time; You wouldn't be going through this for the third time".
I remember going to your beautiful wedding Tom. She was so excited when you started calling the numbers at Bingo. I laughed and told her, " That doesn't mean you are going to win". Oh, she laughed about that one.
I was only at your home twice Cathy and met your beautiful family. What beautiful children you had and you were so very proud of them all.
I used to call Grace and visit her when she lived by Sullivan's Pond. She was still playing bingo when she lived there also.
Grace loved her family dearly and spoke of them often. She was so very proud of every one of you. You all seem to have inherited her awesome sense of humour. You are fortunate to have that gift.
It's never easy to lose a loved one especially this close to Christmas. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Rest in Peace Dear Grace.

My beautiful grandmother. I was the first grandchild so I had a bit of extra time with you, but your love was equally spread to all of us. No grandchildren were ever loved more and none of us will ever forget you. Our hearts are truly broken and our worlds are a little smaller. But we are so grateful for you and all your love. Rest in peace…. all out love….till we see you again.
