To the family,
So sorry to hear of the loss of Billy. I spent many hours of fun with Bill at the old Station 8 Spryfield. We got along great, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was well liked and respected by his crews. He was a gentleman in every sense of the word.
With deepest sympathy,
David Kane , Capt (retired) HFD.

We are very sorry to hear of Bill's passing. He was a very kind, loving and gentle man.
I remember when we visited Aunt Kay's we knew that we would be teased by Bill, Jimmy, Ron and Keith.
We pretended that we were indignant, however we cousins secretly loved it.
Our love and prayers to out to you Betty and the Family.

Dear Betty,
We are reminiscing about the great times down the Bay, Perry and Darlene's, on Saturday's with family and friends, before Covid. Playing music, having a few drinks and everyone just having a great time. It always seem to make everyone much more happier and joyful, when You and Bill showed up. He was a fine gentleman. He will be missed. Our deepest condolences, on these trying times, to You and Your entire family.

To Betty and Family and Bill's Family-
My fondest memories of Bill are the times I would spend a week or two with Aunt Kay in the summer. Bill would tease the life out of me and Aunt Kay would say "leave Sis alone now and let her eat her meal" or words to that effect. Bill had a great sense of humor which I enjoyed. Aunt Kay loved her boys, Bill, Jimmy, Ron, and Keith, and we cousins loved them too. Will miss you Bill.

To the Family of Bill Slaunwhite.
Our deepest sympathy on the passing of a Very Dear Old Friend.
Having grown up in the same neighbourhood I guess I have known Billy and the Brothers forever.
Being younger and always looking up to them as a young boy I will always remember them as Older Big Brothers.
I recently lost My Brother Bob not long ago, who was the same age and all very good friends of all the Slaunwhite Brothers who hung together for years, going to the same school and playing a number of sports together.
I will miss them all and someday looking forward to watching them play baseball on the All Star Team Together.
Stay Safe and Strong in this time of sorrow
Bill Duncan
