I sailed on the fisheries patrol vessels with “ Rosie” and have fond memories of him. He always had a smile for everybody he met. He loved going to movies a lot because “ we never seen a movie theatre where we grew up” in Newfoundland. RIP Rosie. Fair winds and seas for eternity.
