On behalf of myself and the entire Crawford family, we send our deepest condolences to, Jane, Paul, Jordan and the entire MacDonald family. I remember as a young boy going sledding in the MacDonald's backyard and Mrs. MacDonald would always watch us and have a little snack when we were finished. As I got older and they grew wiser I would truck up the street in the winter time with my shovel in hand and start shoveling them out. I would always try and sneak to get it done but either Mr. or Mrs. MacDonald would always catch me and then give me a little something for being so kind. Its people like this who shape and mold us into the people we are, their kind and gentle demeanor would always warm your heart. When they would come to the bowling alley to watch Jordan bowl I always made sure I would run over to say hello, they reminded me of the Wilson's off of Dennis the Menace. I thank God for the many years I was able to know them. This may have been a shock for some of us but I truly believe that Mr. MacDonald required his wife and matriarch back and he asked the Lord to call her home. The Bible tells us that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord, sorrow may last for a night, but joy comes in the morning. May the peace and love of Christ and the sweet communion of the Holy Spirit rest and abide with each and everyone of you and may the love of God that surpasses all understand be in your hearts, and on that day when we are all called up together I know that they will be waiting there with arms open wide to welcome us all home. May you sleep in heavenly peace Mrs. MacDonald and I know that as you reached those pearly gates our Father in heaven was there to greet you home and said "Well done, thou good and faithful servant".
"I'll Fly Away"
Some glad mornin' when this life is over
I'll fly away
To a home on God's celestial shore
I'll fly away
I'll fly away, oh, glory
I'll fly away
When I die, Hallelujah, by and by
I'll fly away
Just a few more weary days and then
I'll fly away
To a land where joy shall never end
I'll fly away
I'll fly away, oh, glory
I'll fly away
When I die, Hallelujah, by and by
I'll fly away
When I die, Hallelujah, by and by
I'll fly away
