Obituary of Donald Glenn Anderson

Age 65, Halifax, passed away April 8, 2020 at home surrounded by his family. Born in Antigonish, he was a son of the late Phillip and Mary (Diggins) Anderson.

Donnie was an avid sports enthusiast, spending many summers with his brother David at softball tournaments  He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara (Noseworthy); daughter, Meghan; son Matthew; sisters, Caroline, Natalie and June; brothers David and Gerard; best friend and brother in law, Kim Richardson and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Dennis.

Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. A Celebration of Life and interment to take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or palliative care.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to nurse Clair and the palliative team and all of the doctors for the care giving to Donnie.
