Dear Janice and all your wonderful family
Doug and I are so very sorry that we cannot be at your mother's service tomorrow. She truly was a wonderful woman, as you said in the obituary, a real character, with a great zest for life and wonderful sense of humour. Her spirit is alive and well in you, for sure.
I love the picture here with your Mom and the lovely baking images. It speaks to the heart and love she put in creating her beautiful pastries, baked goods and other special family favourites. Her pastry was quite simply the best I have ever tasted. It really was a gift that she had and she loved to share. I imagine each and everyone one of you have certain favourites that you will share with your own families for years to come. Every time you do, your mother will be there with you.
Our hearts are with all of you. For sure, we will be thinking of your mother and you tomorrow and for through these difficult times.

Dear Janice and Family,
I am so very sorry for the passing of your mom. I only met Mary once but could tell that she was quite the character. I thoroughly enjoyed her "treats" she frequently sent to the office.
