Mom, I think of you and the emptiness that I feel in my heart with you gone. I am so very grateful to have been blessed with such an amazing mother, loving, caring and so giving, you looked after us and out for us from birth until your passing. I will miss your stories and our very personal conversations, you were my rock, my biggest supporter, my confidant, my friend and now my Angel. I will miss you every day for the rest of my life. Nan my heart breaks to know that your gone. I will never forget how loving of a grandmother you were and all the great memories, that I have been so lucky to make over the short 41 years that I could be in your life.
