Obituary of Annie Pearl Cain

Age 79, of Halifax, passed away, May 3, 2018 at the Halifax Infirmary QEII. Born in Parks Corner, PEI, she was a daughter of the late Preston and Claire (Quinn) Harding.

Pearl is survived by son, Greg; daughter, Sharon; brother, Clair; sister, Deborah “Debbie”; brother, Ronald; grandchildren, Gregory Harding, Tyson Harding, Tony Dawson, Gianna Jeffrey and Isaac Caldi; numerous great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Alec; sisters, Shirley Dube and Victoria “Vicki” and brother; Lewis.  Pearl worked for Metro Transit for over 25 years and loved to play bingo. 

Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. at 149 Herring Cove Road, where visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 9, from 12-2 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Life service at 2 p.m. Interment to take place at a later date.

There will be a gathering for family and friends at the CFB Halifax Curling Club located at 6441 Hawk Terrace at 4pm.  Donations in memory may be made to the Breast Cancer Foundation.
