Obituary of Anthony C. Francis

49, Spryfield. It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Anthony. He died peacefully at home on Monday, September 12, 2016. Born in Burnt Island, NL, he was a son of Frederick and Alice Francis of Burnt Island, NL. Anthony will be greatly missed by his family and anyone who knew and loved him. He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon (Lace); daughter, Brittany Lace; brother, Eugene (Yvonne); sisters, Michelle (Regal) Pearce, Pamela Francis and Laura (Terrance) Osmond; father in-law, Regal Lace; brother in-law, Norman (Wanda) Lace; many nieces and nephews. Arrangements are under the direction of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Spryfield, where visitation will be held on Saturday, September 17 from 11AM-2PM. A celebration of Anthony’s life will follow the visitation at 2PM from the funeral home chapel. Interment will take place at a later date in Newfoundland.
