Obituary of Janet Ellen Shaw (Boutilier)

Hackett’s Cove, passed away peacefully at the V.G Site QEII. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Wellesley and Stella (Cooper) Boutilier. She is survived by her loving husband, David; sons, Lorne Boutilier (Sandra), Michael Boutilier (Donna), Peter Boutilier (Henry); step son, Michael Shaw; step daughter, Debbie Shaw (Henderson); sisters, Elizabeth "Betty" Morse, Claire Morash (Reg); sister-in-law, Patricia Boutilier; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by son Barry Boutilier; brother, Dennis Boutilier; step daughter, Valerie Warwick. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. A celebration of life will be held for Janet on Sunday April 17 from 2-4 p.m. from the Seabright Legion. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Breast Cancer Association Nova Scotia. Interment to take place at a later date.
