Obituary of Cheryl Adelaide Arnold
ARNOLD, Cheryl A. (Lynch) (Cameron) – 65, Halifax, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at the QEII New Halifax Infirmary. Born in Sheet Harbour, she was a daughter of the late Lewis and Kathleen (Rutledge) Cameron.
Cheryl was a loving mother of four but often adopted any lonely soul as her child, and when she wasn't taking care of someone else you could always count on a song to cheer you up. She loved music as much as she did her children and many other family and friends. She'll be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Cheryl leaves behind a son, Anthony "Tony" Cameron; daughters, Jocelyn Parlee (Cameron), Tanya Arsenault (Lynch) and Kathleen Lynch; grandchildren, Nicholas, Josie, Brittany, Lucas and Isaiah; siblings, Ernie (Lorraine), Dennis, Kenneth (Deborah), Carol (Borden), Grant (Catherine), Hedy, Michael (Kathleen); many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husbands, Joseph Lynch and David Arnold; grandson, Abel Lynch; sister, Sandra Forbes.
Cremation has taken place under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., where visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 1 from 7-9 PM. A Service of Remembrance will be held at 1 PM on Thursday, April 2 from the funeral home chapel, Rev. Gordon Relf officiating. A reception will follow the service at the Spryfield Legion until 5pm.
