Obituary of Douglas Warren Edward James Wagner

Age 27,  It is with great sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing,  of our beloved Doug, on February 10, 2015. Forever held close to our hearts as a cherished son, loving husband, supportive brother and a irreplaceable friend. Born in Halifax, he is the son of Tim and Terry (Gogan) Wagner, Halifax. He is survived by his loving wife Katherine (Benedict); sister, Michelle Haylock (Matthew), Amherst; Katelyn Wagner, Halifax; maternal grandfather, Douglas Gogan, Oxford; father and mother-in-law, Tim and Donna Benedict; sister-in-law, Michelle Benedict; loved by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by maternal grandmother, Alma Gogan; paternal grandparents Warren and Hilda Wagner. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. 149 Herring Cove Rd., where visitation will take place from 2-4 & 7-9p.m. Thursday February 12. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday February 13 at 11a.m. from St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church, St. Michael’s Ave. Interment to take place in the spring. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
