Obituary of Teri Lynn Adams

Age 55, of Portuguese Cove, Nova Scotia. She was my light. She was my wife. She was my life. My loving partner and best friend, Teri Lynn Adams, was taken from us too early by an aggressive cancer. She died at home surrounded by family in the place she loved and was always at peace. Teri is survived by husband, Tony Blom, Portuguese Cove; her loving mother, Dolores Doiron, Dartmouth; and adoring younger brother, Darren Adams, Dartmouth. She was predeceased by her brother, John; stepfather, Reginald Doiron and her father, Warren Adams. Her family and friends will miss her generous and caring take charge spirit. She was a founder and owner of Compass Communications in Halifax. She will be missed by the dedicated team of colleagues and clients across the country and Atlantic Canada. A service will be held in Saint Augustine's Anglican Church, 290 Purcell's Cove Rd., at 2 p.m. on Friday, February 6th. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the Dartmouth Boys and Girls Club where Teri was a program leader helping young people.
