Obituary of Kenneth Harrison Smith

Age 83, of Dartmouth passed away at the Dartmouth General Hospital September 16, 2014. Born in Halifax April 8, 1931, he was a son of the late Gordon and Florence (Downie) Smith. Kenneth is survived by his sister Gloria "Dee", Lake Echo; brother Raymond, Purcell’s Cove and many nieces and nephews. Kenneth was predeceased by his parents; brothers Jackie "Jack" and Garnet as well as his sister Bernice. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Limited, 149 Herring Cove Road, Halifax (477-5601) where a funeral service will be held Saturday September 20 at 11:00am. Rev.Russell Saulnier officiating. Burial to take place at a later date. Donations in Kenneths name can be made to a charity of ones choice.
