Obituary of Carol Ann Slaunwhite

71 of Spryfield passed away at the QEII Hospital on Monday July 29, 2013.  Carol was surrounded by loving family. She was born in Halifax and was the daughter of the late John Brown and Edna Brown (Moore).  Carol is survived by her loving husband, Steven and her sons, Carl and Steven (Gina) and her grandsons Craig and Jason; sisters, Elaine Murphy and Nancy Bardsley, brothers Edward (Ted) Brown and Michael Brown and numerous nieces and nephews. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. (477-5601) 149 Herring Cove Rd. where visitation will be held Friday August 2nd from 12 – 2p.m. A service will be held at 2p.m., in the funeral home chapel. Reception to follow at the Spryfield Legion immediately afterward.
