Obituary of Eugene Alexander Chisholm

57, Halifax, passed away suddenly at home June 13, 2013. Born in Halifax, he was a son of John "Sandy" (Bernice) Chisholm, Cape Breton and Freda (Marshall) Chisholm, Halifax. Eugene had worked for the HRM Parks and Grounds for 37 years until his retirement. He is survived by wife, Jeannette, Halifax; stepsons, Kenneth Pindera (Tammy), Texas; Scott Pindera (Doreen), Mount Uniacke; brothers, Dave Marshall (Barb), Edmonton, AB.; Derrick Chisholm (Diane), Porters Lake; sisters, Joann Magee (Tom), Montana; Darlene Jarvis (Alfred), Halifax; several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd (477-5601) 149 Herring Cove Rd. where a memorial service will be held Saturday June 22, at 11:00am, from the funeral home chapel, Fr. Duncan MacMaster as celebrant. Reception to follow. Family flowers only, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association. Interment to take place at a later date.
