Obituary of Dorothy Louise "Dottie" Buckland

passed away December 24, 2011, after a lengthy battle with cancer, in the V.G. Site, QEII. Born in Springhill, she was a daughter of the late Roland and Rhoda (Henwood) Dowe. She is survived by husband Daniel Nadeau, son; Shane Clinton Sr., Fletcher Lake, daughter; Kim Fenske (Joe) Chauvin, AB., brother; Clarence Dowe, Edmonton, AB., step-sister Elizabeth Dowe, Sackville, grandchildren Selina and Timothy Fenske, Shane Clinton Jr.; three great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by step mother Kathleen Dowe; her beloved and faithful friend Star. No visitation by request. Arrangements are under the care of J.A. Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. (477-5601). A graveside service and interment will be held Thursday December 29 at 10 a.m. in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Lower Sackville.
