Obituary of Lilias Myrtle Gallant

84, passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2011 at Melville Lodge. She was a very caring person who was an inspiration to many of us; a wonderful mother and grandmother. She will lovingly be remembered and never forgotten by her children, Marlene, Terry and Nancy; grandchildren, Amanda (Billy), Ashley, Christopher and Heather; brother, Bill. She was predeceased by her parents, Jacob and Lydia (Collins) Warren; husband, Stanley; brother, Hubert. Many thanks to the special people of Melville Lodge who helped make her last two years enjoyable. Cremation has taken place under the direction of J. A. Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Halifax (477-5601), where a service of remembrance will be held on Wednesday, August 3 at 11 AM, Rev. Dennis Nickerson officiating.
