Obituary of Terrance "Terry" MacDonald

MacDONALD, Terrance (Terry) Andrew: Halifax, passed away suddenly at home on December 6, 2010. Born in Halifax, he is a son of Kathleen (Sampson) MacDonald and the late Joseph Andrew MacDonald. . Terry was a graduate of the Atlantic Media Institute in 1989, and then in 1992 he graduated from Applied Computer Technology Diploma program of Henson College. He had a life long passion for boxing and was an accredited referee. He loved portrait drawing and landscape painting. Terry had a quick wit and a sense of humor second to none. Surviving are sister, Lynn; brothers, Bryan, Michael (Jeanne) and Darrell (Anita), all of Halifax; niece Julianna; nephews Alexander, Nicholas and Jeffrey, whom he loved very much; several aunts, uncles and cousins and special friend, Barbara Ablett. He was predeceased by his father and his brother, Joseph Edward. Cremation has taken place under the care of JA Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Halifax (477-5601), where visitation will be Friday, December 10, 2010 from 6 – 8 p.m. A memorial mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Halifax, with Fr.
