Obituary of Donald Malcolm Hunter

82, passed away on September 29,2010 in Maplestone Enhanced Care, Fairview. Born in Saint John, N.B., he was a son of the late Lee and Maysie (Bailey) Hunter. He enjoyed golfing, curling and playing bridge. He had worked for Burrough’s Business Machine for 25 years, then Cranes Business Forms until his retirement in 1974. He is survived by sons; David, Halifax, D. Lee (Julie Montgomery), Stowe, Vt.; daughter; Susan Hunter (Alan “Al” Thorley), Wallace; grandson Alex Hunter: granddaughter Wren Hunter; nephew Terre (Donna) Hunter; Neice Kim (Jacques) Arsenault. He was predeceased by wife Barbara (Young); brother Frederick. Cremation had taken place under the care of J.A. Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. 149 Herring Cove Rd. (477-5601) where a memorial service will be held Thursday October 21 at 11 a.m. Private family interment to take place at a later date. Donations in memory may be made to Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
